Shipping & Delivery
4. Where do you deliver?
We currently serve select locations across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery to your area.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders reach metro cities within 5–8 business days and other serviceable areas within 7–12 business days.
6. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email or SMS you a tracking link.
Payments & Security
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and secure wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes and products.
8. How does Cash on Delivery work?
Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout if it’s available for your location. You’ll pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make payment.
9. Are there COD charges or limits?
Yes, COD orders include a small ₹50 COD handling fee. COD is available for orders between ₹499 and ₹4,999. Orders outside this range must be prepaid.
